01

The problem

Independent agents often have contacts, follow-ups, property-owner lists, and production records spread across spreadsheets, calendars, inboxes, and generic CRMs that do not match their workflow.

02

The approach

HomeBase organizes the recurring work around a clean contact record and a practical pipeline, with imports, recoverable records, calendar visibility, and carefully bounded outreach tools.

03

What was built

A focused selection of the work that defines this project at its current status.

  • Contact records, pipeline stages, tasks, and follow-ups
  • Spreadsheet imports and property-owner lists
  • Production summaries and read-only calendar subscriptions
  • Draft-and-review outreach and bounded owner-beta assistance

04 · How it works

A plain-language system view

Existing CSV or XLSX records enter through a reviewable import process, become structured contacts, and move through a real-estate-specific pipeline. Tasks, follow-ups, appointments, production summaries, exports, and private calendar subscriptions keep the daily work visible.

05

Safeguards & boundaries

Outreach remains preview-and-confirm rather than autonomous sending.

Beta, AI, billing, campaign, and launch-readiness claims remain limited to the capabilities that are currently implemented and verified.

06 · Current evidence

What supports the status today

Self-hostable product in active validation

  • The current application supports CSV and XLSX imports, recoverable records, exports, and private read-only calendar subscriptions.
  • Docker and Unraid deployment paths, portable storage, and backup options are documented and production-tested within their stated limits.
07

Current outcome

A working self-hostable product and the most extensive standalone software project in the portfolio.

08

Next step

Continue validating the product with real workflows while keeping deployment, beta, and outreach boundaries explicit.
