The problem

Important transaction, commission, agent, and reporting information lived in a spreadsheet that was authoritative but difficult to review consistently across years, people, and incomplete records.

02

The approach

The dashboard reads the existing Google Sheet conservatively, organizes the recorded information into office and agent views, and makes questionable source entries visible instead of filling gaps with assumptions.

03

What was built

A focused selection of the work that defines this project at its current status.

  • Office-wide and agent-level production views
  • Recorded commission allocation and non-sale payment review
  • MLS-aware search and source-row traceability
  • A clickable Needs Attention workflow for incomplete entries

04 · How it works

A plain-language system view

A read-only Google Sheets connection ingests the office tracker, preserves recorded values, and organizes the source rows into annual, agent, commission, and exception views. A Needs Attention queue links questionable entries back to their source context for review.

05

Safeguards & boundaries

The source Google Sheet remains read-only and authoritative.

The dashboard does not calculate final payouts, edit the Sheet, or merge private operations data into the public brokerage website.

06 · Current evidence

What supports the status today

Private, invite-only office pilot

  • Core dashboard functionality is live for approved users in a controlled office release.
  • Invitation and cross-device sign-in are verified; final recovery and broader onboarding remain under operational validation.
07

Current outcome

A functioning MVP in a controlled office pilot, with a deliberate path toward more structured workflows.

08

Next step

Use pilot feedback to refine reporting and permissions before expanding access or replacing any source workflow.
