The problem
Producing a dependable weekly issue requires more than drafting copy: sources, approval, responsive email design, audience state, quotas, compliance content, and duplicate prevention all need to agree.
Editorial automation
A local editorial and delivery system that turns trusted South Jersey sources into a useful newsletter while keeping approval, audience handling, and production sending visibly controlled.
Producing a dependable weekly issue requires more than drafting copy: sources, approval, responsive email design, audience state, quotas, compliance content, and duplicate prevention all need to agree.
Editorial work and production sending are intentionally separated. An issue only enters the delivery workflow after human approval and a structured Google Drive handoff.
A focused selection of the work that defines this project at its current status.
04 · How it works
Source material becomes a structured draft for human review. Only an exactly named, approved Drive issue enters production, where the workflow validates content and audience state before creating or resuming one Brevo campaign without bypassing suppressions.
No unfinished draft is sent and the automation cannot bypass the explicit approval step.
Audience blocklists, compliance content, campaign identity, and duplicate state are checked before delivery.
06 · Current evidence
