01

The problem

Producing a dependable weekly issue requires more than drafting copy: sources, approval, responsive email design, audience state, quotas, compliance content, and duplicate prevention all need to agree.

02

The approach

Editorial work and production sending are intentionally separated. An issue only enters the delivery workflow after human approval and a structured Google Drive handoff.

03

What was built

A focused selection of the work that defines this project at its current status.

  • Local-first source gathering and structured issue preparation
  • Human approval through an exact Drive handoff
  • Responsive email output and guarded Brevo delivery
  • Quota-aware continuation and duplicate-protection records

04 · How it works

A plain-language system view

Source material becomes a structured draft for human review. Only an exactly named, approved Drive issue enters production, where the workflow validates content and audience state before creating or resuming one Brevo campaign without bypassing suppressions.

05

Safeguards & boundaries

No unfinished draft is sent and the automation cannot bypass the explicit approval step.

Audience blocklists, compliance content, campaign identity, and duplicate state are checked before delivery.

What supports the status today

Companion workflow; production requires an approved issue

  • The responsive email template and designated test deliveries have been configured and verified.
  • The audience, approval rules, quota-aware schedule, and duplicate safeguards are configured; a normal approved production cycle remains the status gate.
07

Current outcome

A configured and verified companion workflow built to support the consented audience grown by South Jersey Real Estate.

08

Next step

Keep each production claim synchronized with actual issue approval and delivery status as the newsletter operates.
