The problem

The original hosted site limited the structure, publishing workflow, and long-term ownership needed for a growing regional resource spanning seven counties and many public topics.

02

The approach

The site was rebuilt as a responsive custom publishing system with clear regional information architecture, a private structured editor, and protected audience workflows.

03

What was built

A focused selection of the work that defines this project at its current status.

  • County guides and regional real-estate resources
  • Private owner-managed publishing and inquiry tools
  • Secure contact and double-opt-in newsletter forms
  • Accessible output, search-ready routes, and privacy-aware analytics

04 · How it works

A plain-language system view

Visitors read published regional content across stable public routes. A private single-administrator workspace manages drafts, structured publishing, images, inquiries, and search metadata while protected forms connect to consented email workflows.

05

Safeguards & boundaries

The site is a regional information platform, not the brokerage website for The Plum Real Estate Group.

Audience collection uses explicit consent and protected forms; private owner tools remain separated from the public site.

06 · Current evidence

What supports the status today

Public at southjerseyreal.estate

  • The live site contains 21 public resource, county, connection, and legal routes.
  • Sourced profiles represent all 168 current municipalities across the seven-county region.
07

Current outcome

A live, owner-operated platform with 21 public routes and a structure that can expand without returning to a page builder.

08

Next step

Continue expanding useful regional content and the consented newsletter audience while keeping the public experience focused on South Jersey.
