The problem
The original hosted site limited the structure, publishing workflow, and long-term ownership needed for a growing regional resource spanning seven counties and many public topics.
Regional publishing
A live regional real-estate and community information platform that makes South Jersey easier to explore while keeping publishing and audience tools under the owner’s control.
The original hosted site limited the structure, publishing workflow, and long-term ownership needed for a growing regional resource spanning seven counties and many public topics.
The site was rebuilt as a responsive custom publishing system with clear regional information architecture, a private structured editor, and protected audience workflows.
A focused selection of the work that defines this project at its current status.
04 · How it works
Visitors read published regional content across stable public routes. A private single-administrator workspace manages drafts, structured publishing, images, inquiries, and search metadata while protected forms connect to consented email workflows.
The site is a regional information platform, not the brokerage website for The Plum Real Estate Group.
Audience collection uses explicit consent and protected forms; private owner tools remain separated from the public site.
